Customer Experience Deputy Manager

Taking part in all kinds of marketing activities that reach customers in line with company strategies:

• Taking action to improve customer satisfaction by collaborating with related business lines
• Creating, designing and controlling the contents of all documents (Web site, Letter, SMS, E-mail, speech texts, policy, contract, information forms, etc.)
• Carrying out the relevant changes and actions within the scope of the related legislation by collaborating with other departments
• Creating new communication materials (infographic, video etc.)
• Conducting surveys such as NPS & rNPS
• Create and manage customer loyalty programs
• Design Customer Journeys maps for every product and process
• Carrying out necessary efforts to improve customer experience
• Analyze and follow customer touchpoints and moment of truths
• Manage and coordinate customer campaigns and customer councils
• Taking necessary actions to increase customer loyalty
• Establishing positive relationships with business partners
• Completing tasks accurately and in a timely manner

General Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably graduates from the departments of communication, economics, business or statistics)
• Excellent command of English
• At least 6 years of marketing experience
• Having completed military service for male candidates
• Proficient in MS Office Programs
  
• Having monitoring, planning&organizing and advanced communication skills
