QUALIFICATIONS

• Our app is almost exclusively written in Python. Experience with other dynamic languages or deep knowledge of any modern languages such as Java is also accepted. We believe great developers are true polyglots and can pick up other languages pretty quick,

• Experience and passion building for the modern web and e-commerce platforms,

• Understanding the fundamentals of web frameworks,

• Experience in building RESTful web services, consume SOAP, XML, JSON, etc.,
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills,
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Python, Go, etc.   ,
• Male candidates should have no military obligations,
• Experience as a Technical Lead,
• Experience in payment systems

JOB DESCRIPTION

• You will be a technical leader for a small and Agile team,
  

• Excited about tackling big challenges. You’ll help scale our service for millions of travelers around the world,
  

• Excited about building for the modern web and e-commerce platforms,
  

• Work with Product Management in building the roadmap and divide problems into smaller pieces so they can be worked on by several people,
  

• Proven creative and innovative problem-solving skills,
  

• Pseudo-code features and dive into the codebase for architectural design & improvements when necessary,
  

• Enthusiastic about mentoring other developers and grow a motivated team. (Pairing, code reviews...) Conduct 1-1s with the team regularly,

• Familiar with best practices of Agile software development and Scrum framework.
