QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Vocational School graduate preferably from tourism-related departments,

• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus,

• Excellent command of English and second language is a plus,

• Good personal communication skills,

• Being customer-oriented,

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines,

• Self-motivator with the ability to use one’s own initiative,

• Flexible and able to work various shifts if required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures,
• Liaising between customer and supplier to ensure smooth operations,
• Building and maintaining a strong customer relationship,

• Monitoring, controlling and managing business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals,

• Identifying problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner,

• Following standard operating procedures for efficient business operations,

• Assisting Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities,

• Following operational issues and assisting customers 7/24 on the emergency line (When it necessary),

• Coordinating with other departments, supervisors & team members in order to resolve the cases on time,

• Systematic follow-ups & coordination with the aim of meeting targets,

• In case of necessity, taking initiative for company priorities & client satisfaction,

• Dealing with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds

• Dealing with group & FIT request.
