We are looking for Consultants for our team in Istanbul office. This role is expected to primarily contribute the delivery of our HR consulting projects for clients from various industries. This position will also be participating in business development activities as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate with at least 3 years of project management-relevant working experience.
- Experience working with as HR Consultant preferred
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs
İŞ TANIMI
Consultant will be expected to:
- Supports project managers and senior members of the team in the delivery of HR projects, such as Rewards, Employee Engagement, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Strategy. Readily provides insights from analyses of client data collected.
- Develops and effectively manages project milestones, timelines, client presentation materials, resources and budgets.
- Proactively understands clients’ HR needs, leads or participates in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations and facilitates client workshops.
- Proactively supports the consulting team in peer review, brainstorm of solutions and various project tasks as needed
- Supports marketing initiatives, including but not limited to, developing marketing materials, facilitating client sharing sessions and public speaking
