QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduate degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering) or Business Administration.
- Management experience at least 5 years.
- Extensive experience in multinational Project Management.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to deal with complex problems and find a win-win solution.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective teamwork ability, willing to lead and take initiative.
- Fluency in written & spoken German and English.
- Intercultural competency
- Manage and coordinate ITT/QT suppliers, which provide service delivery, service operations and rollout support.
- Planning and tracking of ITT/QT budget, which includes monitoring and coordination of relevant budget items and pricing.
- Tracking and reporting the financial performance of ITT/QT in alignment with local- and HQ controlling.
- Manage, lead and support cross-departmental process optimization workshops, analysis of complex problems and
development of optimum solutions with team members to improve efficiency; coordinate and support CIP activities. - Ensure the alignment of methods and tools with other ITT/QT departments worldwide.
- Tracking and reporting of KPIs for all ITT/QT teams.
- Capacity planning and tracking, with the aim of ensuring the effective utilization of ITT/QT resources.
- Manage the personal training and development of ITT/QT employees.
- Manage a cross-functional team.
- Coordinating «Business Development» activities for ITT/QT.

5 - 10 years of experience
