* Min. 5 years of experience in requested SAP HR Module,
* Excellent communication and coordination skills,
* Strong analytical and communication skills with a result-oriented profile,
* No restriction to travel abroad,
* Flexible with respect to international Project assignments within the line function,
* High commitment and ability to work under pressure, team player, Intercultural competence,
* Good command of MS Office programs (excel, power points etc.),
* University degree in computer science or a similar degree,
* Language: English and/or German.

We are looking for new colleagues for our team, who will support us as Senior Consultants in SAP HR module with following tasks:

  * Application Consultant for SAP service delivery (change requests, projects) and support in SAP HR module,
  * Monitoring & Supporting existing SAP HR solutions and adapt to new business requirements,
  * Analysis and design of efficient business processes and their technical implementation in SAP HR via Customizing,
  * Consultancy role in international SAP support in implementation projects and Project experience in SAP projects,
  * SAP Success Factors Know How,
  * Coordination with the development team for the realization of functional design,
  * Ensure high quality documentation of the solutions,
  * Capable to design new solutions
  * Advanced analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities
