QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation ane benefits preferably in a multinational organisation
  • Excellent planning, negotiation, communication skills, customer orientation
  • Excellent level of analytical and problem solving skills
  • Competent in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
  • Fluent in English and/or German knowledge

  • Design and implement C&B programs, policies and procedures in order to drive for employee engagement and continuous growth
  • Manage the overall planning and execution of the annual salary review, year-end bonus and long-term incentive cycle
  • Execute monthly salary, grade adjustment and other reward program payouts
  • Participate in salary surveys through the collection and reporting of data to third-party survey providers. Review salary survey results and provide recommendations
  • Identify current and future reward/recognition/benefit needs, cooperate with HR Business Partners & operations to deliver appropriate solutions
  • Coach, consult and train HR Business Partners on C&B policies, processes, programs and strategies
  • Review compensation policies and programs to ensure compliance to employment related regulations and compliance to global corporate governance
  • Review and control of new positions or positions with updated job descriptions to ensure the company’s job evaluation/grading system works properly
  • Responsible for the headcount and personnel overhead planning of the company, execute plan vs. plan, plan vs. actual, actual vs. actual comparisons, consult corporate controlling regarding inqueries from departments about personnel cost calculations
  • Prepare monthly HR Fact Sheet and quarterly based functional reporting to be sent to the central HQ in Germany
  • Track Daimler policies, coordinate the implementation of Daimler policies in the company. After local procedures are created by the policy owners: coordinate, apply quality check and publish local HR policies and procedures, execute and submit HR self-assessment
  • Guide and consult the departments in applying Daimler HR Compliance Guideline
  • Track and report disciplinary cases and perform HR quality coordinatorship function
