INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER
We are waiting for the applications of the candidates having the following qualifications who will be employed in the position of “INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER” in our company regarding the sales of Real Estates and Housing Projects where we manage the marketing and sales process in ISTANBUL.
• Advanced level of written and spoken ENGLISH,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team management,
• Preferably having real estate sector experience or willing to work in this sector, even if he/she does not experience,
• Having B class Driver's License and must be an active driver,
• Aiming high income,
• Knowing sales and the spirit of sales,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Good knowledge of mathematics and have ability to think analytically,
• Able of using MS Office programs in good level,
• Must be positive, presentable and having high motivation, persuasion and presentation ability,
• Must have strong communication skill, empathy skill and proper to teamwork,
• Must be follower, careful and disciplined.
NOTE: Our company head office is in BAHCECEHIR (Bahcekent).
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To realize international sales process management of real estates and housing projects that we sell and market in Istanbul.
• To work with the target of sales and profitability and to ensure the realization of the given targets.
• To actively take part in the company's sales-oriented growth and improvement processes in foreign markets.
• To provide management and lead of our sales team consisting of international employees.
• Measuring and assessment the performance of the sales team in line with the given targets.
• Actively visiting real estate projects with our foreign customers and accompanying the sales team.
• Managing the process and relationships in our exclusive construction project agreements.
• Providing necessary ideas and feedback on the development of sales.
• Preparing the necessary activity reports.
