QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior CRM & Data Analytics Senior Specialist for our CRM & Data Analytics Department with below qualifications;
In this role, you will own the reporting dashboards and tools that provide the relevant data and insights you need to manage MediaMarkt Loyalty Club omnichannel business. You will partner with the Global CRM team, IT teams all over MediaMarkt countries and brick&mortar stores’ leaders to understand the landscape of current situation and priorities and develop the roadmap for the future.
- Bachelor’s Degree from Industrial/Management Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields,
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in analytical marketing, CRM or data analytics field,
- Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
- Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Performing post-campaign analyses and having experience on creating insights from first party row data
- Google Big Query is helpful
- Experience retail business and KPIs (traffic, conversion) is helpful
- Having experience in end to end Project and Campaign Management,
- Having experience at omnichannel environment is a plus
- Eager to keep track Daily and Monthly KPI’s
- Strong presentation skills,

Job Description;
- Work with Global CRM team, IT, Data Science and Business Intelligence teams to identify and implement solutions that meet the needs of our business
- Ensure consistency in data visibility and accuracy of all field-facing reporting.
- Guide the brick&mortar teams and other partners with data driven insights.
- Help create reports, dashboards, and materials for monthly and quarterly business review meetings.
- Develop financial models for all incentive plans. Report and track performance each month.
- Support the forecasting process and development of store level targets.
- Monitor and ensure all operative processes around program operations (enrolment, benefit fulfilment, membership cancellation, revenue, etc.),
- Working with category managers in order to update on-going loyaty campaigns and creating new campaigns,
- In order to drive loyalty members’ life time value, launching omnichannel campaigns and evaluate the results,
- Following up on going new requirement requests over MediaMarkt Global IT team which are located in Europe.
- Monitoring new registration customer journey and creating new ideas to improve performance.
- Creating new campaign ideas and testing them accordingly.
