Qualificaitons:

• University  degree in Electrical Engineer,
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in a similar position in retail sector,
• Good knowledge of Ms Office and ACAD,
• Excellent command of both written&spoken English,
• No travel restrictions,
• Desire and passion to drive change,
• Creative and with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills
• B class driving license.

Job Description:

• To be responsible for the implementation of the electrical works of the stores to be opened, renovated, resized and closed,
• Monitoring the tender processes, field applications, progress payments and budget of the electrical works of the stores to be opened, renovated, resized and closed,
• Monitoring the tender processes, field applications, progress payments and budget of all kinds of weak current applications such as CCTV, Fire Alarm System (FAS) and Burglar Alarm System(BAS)  security systems of electrical works applications,
• To follow up maintenance and repair requests from stores within the scope of electrical applications and to take necessary actions,
• To develop and follow up projects that can create efficiency in electricity costs in stores,
• To ensure the preparation and control of store electrical projects,
• To be in contact with the shopping mall management in our shopping malls on electrical issues and to ensure that the technical specifications of our contracts are prepared for electricity, CCTV, FAS and BAS.
