Education

The applicant should have the following education:
- Commercial diploma required
- Or bachelor degree in commerce/business

Accounting experience
- Professional experience as accountant for several years
- Preparation of the annual statements according to the national GAAP with all statutory declarations  and   documentations
- Basic knowledge in IFRS accounting standards required
- Experience in general accounting tasks including:
- General ledger accounting
- İnventory and WIP accounting
- Credit control and reminders
- Accounts payable and payment transactions
- Fixed assets accounting

Tax Know How
- Advanced experience in the local tax regulations according to national tax standards including tax declarations (VAT and corporate income tax)
- Business practice in all other compulsory declarations and statistics to the government or tax authorities

Controlling
- Experience in monthly reports, e.g. balance sheet, income statement, inventory and sales reporting provided to HQ
- Experience in year-end reports including consolidation packages provided to HQ
- Basic knowledge in planning and analyzing

Software experience
- Work experience in local accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus)
- Business practice in online banking systems
- Very good  Excel- and Access-skills required

Other
- Advanced English in translation, understanding and writing
