QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

MCAN Health, among the top medical travel companies in Turkey for the European market and accredited by Ministry of Health Turkey, is looking for Medical Travel Sales Specialist to join its multinational sales team in Istanbul.

You are the right candidate for this position if you: 

·       are fluent in written and spoken ENGLISH, ARABIC and FRENCH (the candidates needs to communicate in all these languages fluently)

·       are a bachelor or master graduate from a university 

·       have excellent communication and negotiation skill

·       are a good listener and able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online

·       are proficient in MS Office applications, preferably in G-Suite

·       have great organisational skills and persistence,

·       have great attention to detail,

·       are passionate, enthusiastic and sales driven,

·       are proactive and able to take initiative

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be expected to:

·       deal with plastic surgery, hair transplantation,  weight loss surgery and IVF inquiries coming from different online and offline channels and conduct all the sales processes

·       contact with inquiries via email, telephone, instant messaging or online chat

·       understand patient’s needs correctly and empathically

·       prepare the treatment plan with the doctors and give price quotations to patients for medical tourism packages

·       if necessary arrange tele-consultation appointments with doctors,

·       deliver an excellent customer service,

·       achieve the monthly sales targets from the received inquiries
