May Cyber Technology is looking for a “Post-Sales Operations Expert” to work in Professional Services department located at Istanbul office.

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Computer Science, Engineering or related field,

-Working knowledge of MySQL and Linux Operating Systems,

-Experience with WebRTC, Docker, Asterisk, Redis etc.

-Working technical knowledge of video conference systems, video portal and virtual classes,

-Good command of English,

-Strong communication and negotiation skills,

-Ability to analyse a problem and provide viable solutions,

-Interface with customers to resolve issues, provide additional information, and answer questions,

- No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 -Installation of May Cyber Technology software products, support test and quality process,

-Provide feedback to the product teams on customer needs,

-Continuously improve and report customer projects process,

-Maintain customer and activity records and provide reporting to management,

- Using help desk solutions like Service Desk for professional job tracking and regular reporting,

-Carrying out customer training at the customer's location or in our training rooms when necessary.
