Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''BARBACK'' who has the following qualifications.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hospitality, Tourism and Hotel, Food and Beverage Management degree or equivalent preferred
• A minimum 1 year experience in the similar role operation in an international/Luxury F&B stand-alone chain or Hotels
• Fluent ability of speaking, reading, writing and understanding Turkish. Additional language is a plus
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
• Must have the ability to develop, write and utilize standards, working procedures and training tools
• Requires good communication skills both written and verbal
• Have a strong working knowledge bars operation procedures
• Have a basic product knowledge

  MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Barback is required to perform assigned duties with courtesy, safety, and efficiency, adhering to Maxx Royal Bodrum policies and procedures to uphold a consistently high level of service.
• The Barback actively participate as a team player to ensure unit cohesion.
• The Barback ensures maximum guest satisfaction and ensures that established standards and procedures are adhered to at all time. The role works under the leadership and guidance of the Bartender, Bar Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant/Bar Manager & Restaurant/Bar Manager. The Barback is also responsible of polishing and arranging all bar operating equipment as per assignment. The Barback is responsible for all operational equipment within their assigned work station and works in the section or area designated by the manager.
• Additional responsibilities include assisting with the setting up of bar areas, furniture and equipment. Maintains cleanliness in work areas, including china, glassware, and other items, throughout the day. The role works with the bartender in harmony to ensure that stock are re-filled. Concludes the service by completing closing duties such as restocking items, cleaning areas, turning off lights, etc.
