Maxx Royal Kemer Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''WELCOMING HOSTESSES '' who has the following qualifications:

Ideal candidates are organized, customer service-centric, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The Hostesses make first contact with the guest at the main security gate, while ensuring that guests are given friendly, attentive and efficient service in the facility.

Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to read and speak Russian and English required in order to perform the duties of the job

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

Welcomes each guest with a friendly greeting and guide them at the security main gate

Assigns opening and/or closing the gate for the guests and visitors ensures that who wants to enter facility with a reservation or appointment

It gives and receives security cards to the guests at the entrance and exit of the facility

Responsible for standards of appearance and cleanliness in all service areas

Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

Regular and reliable attendance

Performs other duties as required by supervisor

Working Conditions

The employee often is required to stand, walk, talk, and listen

Work extended hours during national holidays
