Maxx Royal Belek Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''PRODUCTION STAGE MANAGER''who has the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related fields

English proficiency in C1 level (both written and spoken)

Class B driver’s license and no travel restriction

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar fields of Live Show, Theatre and Performance Arts

An in-depth knowledge of production and all stage elements

A very good organizational and comparison skills

Ability to calmly and concisely resolve conflicts and crises

Being a perfectionist in all subjects related to stage and production

Adapting to flexible working hours and intense working tempo

To have a sense of responsibility

Job Description

Supervise and follow-up all artistic and technical matters in order to run production accurately and completely

Reporting on all production related issues such as technical, artistic, costume, cast etc. to the Directors daily and instantly when required

Participating in production meetings, rehearsals, costume rehearsals and daily reporting of meeting notes in desired format

Follow up and organize all production-related issues

Ensure the successful execution and continuity of the production on artistic and technical issues

Supervising the distribution of duties related to artistic and technical staff by all aspects of production management

Ensure the control and continuity of the security elements before and during live shows

Prevent the disruption of the general flow before the shows. Inspect the stage setup, all artistic and technical materials (costume, decor, apparatus, technical materials, sound & light, visual elements, etc.). Follow up shows preparations and solve problems when required.

In collaboration with the Company Manager, assist in the hiring process for the crew and participate in team member integration, training and development.

Conduct performance appraisals of direct reports and supervise the evaluations conducted by Heads of Departments.

Coordinate the scheduling of show calls, rotation, vacation time, and leaves. Communication with other departments which located in venue

Collaborate with human resources department and handling the official paperwork of crew and cast
