SAP Business Development Specialist

The world's leading wheel manufacturer and producing wheels for passenger cars, light commercial and heavy commercial vehicles Maxion Wheels is looking for SAP Business Development Specialist for our Maxion Jantas plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
• 3+ years of experience in information technology project management, development and implementation related to SAP S/4 HANA PM and QM modules with a small or medium sized company,
• Demonstrated documentation skills,
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills,
• Demonstrated problem determination, analysis and resolution skills,
• Demonstrated ability to develop project plans and manage projects to successful completion,
• SAP S/4 HANA consultant certifications for PM and QM modules,
• Familiar with SAP S/4 integration for MES and APS systems,
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 Plant Maintenance module to configure,
• Strong knowledge of plant maintenance processes like as Breakdown, Preventive  (Planned) and Predictive (Condition based) maintenance processes,
• Strong knowledge of QM planning, inspection, control, Test Equipments, Procurement (Good Receive) and Sales (Customer returns) processes,
• Helpdesk tools, SLA (Service Level Agreement),
• Project management and Change management skills,
• Open to Learn, Forget, Re-Learn,
  
• Good communication skills to work with in a multicultural team,
  
• Result Oriented execution in operational SAP Support,
• Strong communication skills in English,
• Able to travel abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support and fix all SAP S/4 HANA PM and QM related help desk tickets,
• Designing new business solutions in SAP,
• Self-Study on SAP documentations and best practices,
• Contribute on system solutions and SAP architecture discussions,
• Design Authority for Best Sap Solutions for Business,
• Training of other team members and Key Users,
• Proactive SAP controls to prevent data and user related mistransactions,
• SAP Technical Quality Control in EAAP Region,
• SAP and nonSAP integration solutions design, configuration and execution.
