QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Monitoring and Safety Manager who specializes in airline safety and compliance management for our company, MGA, operating in the airline sector.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the compliance monitoring and safety management program is properly implemented, maintained and continually reviewed and improved
- Ensure an effective audit plan is integrated within MGA
- Report to top management on the performance of the Compliance Monitoring Management System and Safety Management System in case of any need for improvement and correction
- Liaison with the TR-DGCA and other related authorities, MGA departments, related suppliers and subcontractors
- Lead audits conducted by regulatory authorities or customers and coordinate remedial actions in coordination with MGA Departments
- To cooperate, with all other departments, in aiming for the highest possible degree of safety and security for obtaining a satisfactory degree of punctuality and economy
- Ensure the reporting system is working properly in the context of SMS and CMM
- Organize and coordinate IOSA certification continuation requirements
- Ensure a traning program is established and implemented in the context of SMS, CMM and ERP
- Establish and maintain the system to check the flight and the FDA system
- To conduct investigations of internal and external safety events
- Establish and Emergency Response Plan and ensure of its effectiveness
- Coordinate ERP and guide Accountable Manager in case of an accident, serious incident and incident
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in airline management, engineering, business, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge and experience in airline safety and compliance management
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the airline sector
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial role in a relevant position
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and effectively lead a team
- Good knowledge in English
- Previous experience working with a Form 4 authorization certificate is preferabble
- Having experience on IOSA process
- Ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside MGA
- Ability to cope with changing circumstances and situations with little supervision to act independently of other Managers within the organization
- Having knowledge on Fatigue Risk Management System
