Project Engineer

We are looking for a Project Engineer who will be a strong team player in our Turkey Plant, the Global Tier 1 supplier of luxury segment automotive manufacturers such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Jaguar, Chrysler, and Tesla.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduating from the Engineering Faculties
• Proficient in the English language
• Having knowledge and work experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in Automotive Industry Quality Management Systems and preferably to have a certification on automotive quality management  systems such as IATF 16949, VDA
• Knowledge and certification on APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA process.
• Having analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset,
• Strong communication skills,
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office user experience,
• Have a good team player skills,
• For male candidates to complete the military service,
• Locating in Tuzla, Gebze or Istanbul Anatolian Side.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carrying out activities related to the process design of new projects and R&D projects according to the global schedule.
• Determining process layouts based on project capacity targets,
• Creating product-process approval plans according to customer expectations.
• Establishing FMEA and control plans by analyzing product-process risks, coordinating with manufacturing-maintenance and quality departments,
• Ensuring customer approval of the process-molds equipment; and preparing the PPAP documentation of the process,
• Implementing and requested by the customers in the projects to evaluate the results, controlling the tests
• Following up on the quality problems and take the necessary actions in terms of any sufficiency determined after the trials.
• Coordinating with production and supplier planning department to create product trees
