QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from universities with a degree in Chemistry or Textile Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry,
• Preferably knowledgeable about automotive textile test standards and global test standards (ISO, ASTM, DIN, FMVSS, etc.),
• Proficient in advanced English,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Having technical problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset,
• Team player with strong communication skills, creativity, and initiative,
• Proactive, open to continuous learning, and results-oriented,
• Holds a valid Class B driver’s license and has no travel restrictions within Turkey or abroad,
• Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa are preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the creation of test instructions by reviewing test methods and specifications for laboratory tests,
• Prepare laboratory test reports,
• Develop test plans and ensure tests are conducted according to these plans,
• Prepare autonomous maintenance instructions for assigned test systems,
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory management system,
• Monitor and facilitate processes related to customer requirements and change management.
