• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineeringor other related fields,
• Minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in automotive industry),
• Good command of English and German is required both verbal and written,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Good at technical problem-solving skills and analytical thinking,
• Team-oriented, strong communication skills, ability to creative thinking and able to take initiative
• Proactive, willing to learn and result oriented,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Candidates living in Bursa will be primarily preferred.

Job Description

• Review and analyze product requirements to design and develop testing artifacts and provide input to product development teams on missing/deficient requirements,
• Develop validation master plans for various projects,
• Inquiry of parts conformity before testing to ensure the tests are carried out with suitable parts,
• Follow-up and conformity checks of sample labeling before testing,
• Examination of customer specifications, creation of test lists, evaluation with the customer and cost analysis in the RFQ phase,
• Cooperate with Test Engineers and Outside Engineering, as required, to develop procedures and tools for testing, calibration, and verification of test equipment,
• Review and interpret customer requirements and develop DV and PV test plans,
• Acceptance and release of test setups for internal & external test,
• Perform data analysis on test results and present to the development teams/ customer as required/ ATR (Analysis Testing Requirements),
• Participate studies carried out to determine test fixture needs and in fixture/equipment design review,
• Lead the test fixture design, procurement, construction & verification process,
• Support the management of all testing and interfaces with external laboratories to ensure all tests and their results are executed & reported properly,
• Participate/support quote activities of testing system and execution by coordinating/developing work plans and cost estimates by test supplier, as appropriate,
• Monitor testing; perform various product validation testing,
• Create, review, modify & approve test reports,
• Assist and train the test lab technicians, when required, in troubleshooting and repairing returned products from the customers,
• Participate in root cause analysis of testing failures, project review meetings, customer and team meetings and product design reviews.
