Collection Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our Collection department.

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Economics or Business Administration),
• Min 5 years of experience relevant to collection,
• Experience in ERP systems (Oracle) is an asset,
• Excellent command MS Office applications especially Excel,
• Hardworking, teamwork oriented, result oriented, dynamic and self-motivated,
• Excellent planning, team management and leadership skills,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Strong reporting and analytical skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Making reconciliation of Supplier and Group Companies,
• Managing the collection processes by contacting customers within the scope of regular and timely collections,
• Controlling and minimizing past due and eliminate bad debt,
  
• Maintaining compliance with corporate policies, controlling and reporting,
• Managing portfolio of accounts to be collected on,
• Building and managing long lasting relationships with customers/clients,
  
• Managing collections control to improve,
• Preparing present credit risk reports.
