QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To consult with and coach the Operations Team, as they develop sound people infrastructure and implement and sustain people development and training systems. Facilitate training curriculum aligned with operational needs, manage training programs, conduct necessary trainings, follow KPI’s and provide reporting. Influence, enable and drive cultural change to foster success around people, guest experience, and profitability.

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Collaborate with Operation Manager, Regional Manager, Cinema Manager and Human Resources, to identify and implement training solutions in locations aligned with Operation Strategy.
  • Conduct training needs analysis for all key areas of cinema operations, including stocking, ticketing, customer relations, movie scheduling etc.,
  • Manage end to end on-boarding process for new hires including cultural immersion and trainings.
  • Identify and track KPI’s for each movie locations and report back and create customized action plans to meet the target and KPI’s.
  • Deliver quality, inspiring learning programs consistently using effective learning principles
  • Report on training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Recommends appropriate tools and resources to foster success through developing people, creating a guest-first culture and driving profitability
  • Communicate with team members, trainers and management to ensure all needs are met
