We are looking for a “Quality Responsible” for our new Europe Head Office in 

İstanbul.  

REQUIREMENTS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering), 

• Minimum 5 years experience in quality management system, preferably in 

automotive industry, 

• Fluent in spoken and written English • Experience on Project quality; 

product-process validation, 

• Knowledge of the quality standards such as IATF 16949,

• Knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, MSA), 

• Experience in FMEA studies and good skills in risk evaluation and prevention, 

• Military service must be completed for male candidates, 

 • Quick-learner and independent thinker with ability in problem analysis and 

solution, 

• Good team-player and strong communication skills in an international 

environment, 

• Result and quality-oriented, 

• Can work under pressure,

• Driver licence. 

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Responsible for Quality during Project phase for validation of new 

product/process, 

• Perform Problem Solving studies,

• Applying PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA and related activities,

• Performing capability analysis for quality validations,

• Preparing Quality documentation and PPAP presentation,

• Ensure that the products meet quality requirements,

• Analyzing quality records and reporting results internally,

• Contacting customer for any quality or project issue,

• Accompanying customer audits and plant visits and follow-up 

action plans.
