Job Duties 

• To perform the flow of information in and among the QA team, to support CPO QA staff and to perform quality systems tasks and actions follow up.
• Follow up of global SOPs implementation, QM implementation, ESOPS account management, quality systems and actions follow up. 
• Follow up the completion of the annual training plan on a quarterly basis. 
• Ensure that a yearly training plan and individual training plans are available for QA department. 
• Support of complaint sample sending to Manufacturing Sites, 
• Management of paper and electronic documents and archiving, 
• Provide and support services to the manager. 
• Set and follow up appointments, organize meetings, travel arrangements, posting etc.
• Manage office administration (maintaining department documents and other miscellaneous files) 
• Responsible for the control of invoices and expenditures. 
• Experienced computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications Support follow up process in AQWA and Key User Role in AQWA System 
• Documentation Support of NIM Reconciliation Reports, 
• Provide support for the assigned QA tasks and activities 
• Have a quality focused mind-set 
• Perform the flow of information in and among the teams. 
• Establish and follow communication with other departments and services in routine and non-routine jobs.
