Procurement Senior Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business, economics, or equivalent degree required
• More than 5 years of relevant procurement and vendor management
• Experience in SAP system strongly preferred
• Having experience in carrying out tender processes related to products and services and contract management
• Ability to organize and execute on multiple tasks with a high level accuracy
• Able to make efficient time management and result-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skill set
• Able to make effective planning, business track and take initiative
• Requires expertise with MS Office and SAP; ability to learn diverse computer software applications
• Advanced level of English
• Russian is prefered

Purpose of the job:

• Support the purchasing of IT & non-IT products and services in a manner that will meet internal business units needs and cost/budgetary metrics
• Follow-up of all processes from suppliers to order and delivery
• Work collaboratively with internal and external customers in a manner that allows them to be successful while meeting the overall objectives of company
• Build strong relationship with both local and global suppliers
• Participate in negotiating, structuring, and managing contractual documents

Responsibilities:

• Review purchase requisitions to ensure that funding, approvals, bid thresholds and vendor selections are in compliance with company requirements
• Search for vendors and review vendor performance as needed.
• Source, bid, negotiate, select suppliers and contract products and services based on company objectives
• Create, issue, follow up and maintain purchase order via SAP
• Complete operational tasks related with procument process
• Work closely with internal business units to expand knowledge and effectiveness for strategic sourcing related processes
• Build and lead RFP/RFQ while utilizing established best practices and strategies
• Analyze supplier proposals and bids in the RFP/RFQ evaluation and selection process
• Provide contract management expertise and work closely withg legal department during contracting process

• Awareness to be current on best practices, new suppliers, and market trends
• Maintain and track various supplier pricing, contracts and agreements
• Creates and maintains purchasing data, providing vendor lists to end users, ensuring compliance to spend thresholds, tracking purchasing data and maintaining vendor performance reports, agreements and other records associated with procurement functions
• Prepares reports as requested, and completes internal forms as required with accuracy and timelines
• Support the purchasing team through other duties as needed for other company entities in Hungary, Czeh Republic, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria etc.
