• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Own and execute on high priority, cross-functional projects;
• Lead analytical efforts supporting our business teams to identify insights and improve decision-making;
• Develop an in-depth understanding of growth drivers and provide actionable recommendations from our data to influence business strategy and direction;
• Be a change agent: challenge organizational leaders to drive continuous improvements; remove organizational barriers to continuous improvement processes
• Oversee the management of product-related legal obligations, evaluate and eliminate unique legal risk factors that could impact the company;
• Oversee the integration projects with hospital information systems and ensure that coordination and information flow occurs between all stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Down-to-earth, hands-on, entrepreneurial;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate priorities across teams;
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations or Business Analytics, preferably in a software sales environment;
• Ability to research, understand and explain complex business issues and analyzing business impacts;
• Experience with process optimization and project management with a great focus on continuous improvement approach;
• Experience recognizing and mitigating risks while proactively setting in place contingency plans;
• Excel expert skills comfortable developing insightful models and quantitative analysis, paired with critical thinking and sound business judgment;
• Have an undergraduate degree in technical, quantitative or business fields with a master’s degree or MBA
