We are looking for an “IT (Informations Technology Responsible)” for our new Europe Head Office in İstanbul.  

REQUIREMENTS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Technologies or a 

related field) 

• Minimum 2 years of experience, 

• SAP knowledge, 

• Ability to understand and apply complex network structures, company IT 

norms and adaptability to team structure, 

• Networking, network systems, network hardware and software experience, 

• Windows systems and server management knowledge, 

• Basic knowledge about Information Technologies Security Systems & 

applications, 

• Related certificates are a plus, 

• Military service must be completed for male candidates, 

• Quick-learner and independent thinker with ability in problem analysis and 

solution, 

• Good team-player and strong communication skills,

• Result-orientend, 

• Can work under pressure,

• Driver licence preferred.  

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Working in Operation Management department to implement and sustain 

SAP system & technical support, 

• Provide technical support and guidance with the knowledge of network 

infrastructure and Windows server systems, 

• Troubleshoot and restore routine technical service and equipment problems 

by analyzing, identifying and diagnosing faults and symptoms, 

• Organize and coordinate installation, deployment and upgrade of software, 

hardware, and network facilities, 

• Preserve the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information and local 

infrastructures, 

• Identifies potential security risks and takes precautions.
