Finance Supervisor

We are looking for a member to join us as a 'Finance Supervisor' in our Head Office.

Job Description

• Manage the preparation of required deliverables and effective reporting to lenders
• Coordinate the cash flow budgeting process of group companies and making consolidations
• Develop financial models for EBITDA and CFADS tracking and valuation
• Evaluation of financial/commercial metrics and debt covenant analysis
• Enhance and maintain weekly cash flow forecast and oversee cash management
• Conducting monthly reviews with senior management; identifying trends, explaining variances, tracking risks and opportunities, highlighting issues to drive proactive financial management
• Manage processes with reasonable supervision as well as coordinate activities with OpCo’s, lenders, lawyers, and other consultants
• Heavy interaction with other group level departments and subsidiary finance teams
• Coordinating the execution of strategic capital funding (i.e. M&A, corporate bonds, IPO proceeding) projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees from a target school, or equivalent
• 4-6 years of experience in a finance or business background
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent financial analysis skills and proven track-record of outstanding Excel financial modelling
• Great presentation and pitchbook preparation skills
• Energy and/or infrastructure sector knowledge considered as a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English
• Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news
