QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for Accounting and Finance Manager for our global brand!
Skills and Experience:
- University degree prefably business and accounting department,
- 7+ years of work experience, ideally with a multinational company
- Strong analytical skills with a very careful attention to detail in every step of operation and analysis,
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Knowledge of financial monitoring and reporting,
- Ability to work well under pressure,
- Good understanding of Turkish GAAP and IFRS
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and timely filing of tax returns in compliance with Turkish regulations,
- Organize and execute collection of accounts receivables and propose actions to improve the system,
- Managing the bank process and bank relations,
- Maintain the relationships with external auditors, tax and legal consultants,
- Capable of communicating precisely and effectively with internal stakeholders up to GM level.
- Ensure compliance with tax, legal and regulatory matters,
Preferred Candidate
More than 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
