Direct Report – Head of MED OR

Safety and Quality Ambassador - ensure compliance with Vestas Standards Safety of the employees and people Continuous improvements, efficiency and quality Ensure Costumer satisfaction Lead and develop Lead Technicians – Field Instructors and Service Technicians in the department Development of competences Recruitment and building capacity Ensure employee satisfaction and wellbeing in the team – Promote CPP Ensure motivation to gain a high performing work environment Deploy the aligned Service Performance indicators on cluster level and Implement the foundations of Operations Excellence in MED region.

Control the weekly management and progressing ; Conceptualize different scenarios with Assessment and Planification Prioritize projects and assign resources Leading Interface for handover-risk management between Construction and Service Prepare Readiness of the projects prior commissioning LPF, PA-WP CIM cases, Schedule Services, Preventive & Predictive focus Convert department knowledge into specific actions Optimization of domain of expertise based on lesson learned – HSE, VPS, TPM, CIM, LEAN, CRM Be a role model for other employees, organizations
