 We are currently seeking ''Resident Holistic Facilitator'' for our local company, for which  providing Hospitality Industry.

Job Description;

·       Provide detailed information of the rituals and other disciplines available to the Practitioner based on his/her experience.

·       Assist in creating Holistic programs to be included in the Ritual Space Spa menu

·       Create personalized Holistic programs / Rituals for guests

·       Create small group Holistic programs/events for guests to attend. (1 / week)

·       Provide list of OS&E requirements for the efficient and professional execution of the proposed Rituals to be performed throughout the season.

·        Offer Holistic Wellness Services

·        Perform personal portfolio of holistic wellness services, using holistic modalities

·        Evaluate guest and offer treatments to meet the individual needs and preferences of  Spa guests.

·        Continuously expand their knowledge in holistic wellness practices as Conduct thorough consultations with spa guests to assess their wellness goals, health  Conditions and preferences.

·        Provide professional recommendations and advice on holistic wellness practices to enhance the overall spa experience.

·        Promote all services offered within the Ritual Space and Spa

·        Recommend, sell Spa products and spa items when possible

·        Meet monthly budgets set by the management

·        Educate spa guests on the benefits of holistic wellness and provide guidance on  proper selection of programs or rituals.

·        Offer personalized wellness plans and recommendations for post-treatment care.

·        Assist in maintaining organized and clean the Spa spaces.

·        Follow hygiene protocols to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.

·        Collaborate with the Spa Manager, Supervisor and Visiting Practitioners and professionals, including therapists, HK and all support staff of the hotel, to create a cohesive and harmonious work environment

·        Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development

Requirements;

·       Experience as a Holistic Facilitator within the Luxury Spa and Wellness industry with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Holistic Ritual practices

·       Certification in Holistic modalities and therapies and relevant holistic practices.

·       Experience in preparing, organizing and hosting small scale retreat programs for the Ritual Space when requested.

·       Experience in the following or at least 5 of the following:

·       Sound healing,

·       Breath work,

·       Chakra balancing Therapy

·       Energy healing

·       Watsu,

·       TokSen Therapy

·       Graston Therapy

·       Gua-Sha

·       Face myofascial anti-aging therapy

·       Body manipulation therapy

·       Deep Tissue healing massage

·       Forms of Yoga & Meditation ,Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa (Groups and single session)

·       Energetic healing rituals

·       Restorative massage therapy and any additional Holistic rituals available to them.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and holistic health principles.
