· Customer support for implementation at the customer

· Manage customer requests
· Maintain good relationship to customers
· Monitoring order patterns
Sales Manager / Key Account Manager
· Support Sales Manager (transfer of information, administrative
activities)
· Reply telephone calls on behalf of the Sales Manager
· Mailing of product information
Miscellaneous
· Back-up CSR colleagues
· Other administrative activities e.g. filing, archiving

Special tasks

· Key User (SAP R/3 SD, SMART, IT)
· Dealer / distributor support
· KAM assistant
Regional tasks
Are to be defined regionally:
· Export regulations, document handling
· Monitoring general delivery agreements
· Monitoring credit limits and receivables management
· Customer consignment inventory and planning, with sales managers
· Consignment stock management
· Certification of products
· Preparing exit/entry Visa documentation
· Support distributors
· Drawin (handling, customer transfer etc.)
Job requirements
Required and preferred Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· At least 5 years customer service experience
· Customer Service internship at Wacker Chemie AG
Required and preferred Knowledge
· At least two languages (local language and English, additionally
German preferred)
· Basic commercial knowledge
· Basic chemical and technical knowledge preferred
· Knowledge of logistical processes
· Good computer skills, inclusive SAP
