Responsibilities

• Contribute to prospecting and lead generation activities
• Assist selling partners with onboarding
• Meet or exceed targets for key account management
• Educate and network with key prospect and customer contacts
• Drive customer satisfaction
• Work closely with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service
• Analyze industry and internal data to understand competitive landscape across multiple categories and identify customer trends
• Identify unique selection or seller opportunities that drive growth
• Identify and manages projects to improve customer and selling partner experience, working closely with internal and external teams
• Coach and mentor New Accounts Managers

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or related degree required
• 3 to 5 years sales experience, managing large accounts
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in other EU languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
• Experience with e-commerce or retail
• Strong business judgment, proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
• Experience solving analytical problems
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to coach and mentor individuals
• Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
• SQL skills
