Duties & Responsibilities

Keeper of the stores, inventory, and distribution of materials, supplies, parts, components, and tools. To record all transactions and maintain related records

To ensure that all goods received have been properly ordered and the correct quantities have been received, together with the correct documentation.

To perform quality checks on all store inventories that has been received. 

To follow up on orders to ensure all are shipped and delivered on promised dates

To organize stores, control goods and prevent loss though theft and spoilage and that store are kept in hygienic condition.

To ensure that proper authorization is obtained before releasing goods to the venues, to ensure all stock request are done in Moreton Bay and properly authorized and signed before goods are released 

To ensure that the lock and key control are strictly controlled, and goods are only issued to authorized personnel as approved by management 

To ensure that all inventories are kept at the par level stock. Inspect the stores daily and request replenishment if necessary.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal

Fluent in Turkish and English. 

Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation

Quality driven with a passion for excellence.

Prior Hotel experience would be an advantage
