QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintenance of transition budgets and client residential spend

Ensure compliance with MO P&P

Ensures all bank reconciliations are performed in a timely and accurately manner

Maintains uniform accounting procedures for recurring and routine transactions

Maintains balance sheet accountability and organize timely balance sheet review

Monitors controls for cash disbursements and accounts payable

Ensures chart of account uniformity with MO P&P

Development of annual budget with Director of Residences, monitors performance against the budgets, prepares forecasts and variances analysis

Collection of common charges and incidental fees

Manages period close and produces monthly accounts within the time frame laid down

Establishes cut-off in compliance with corporate, analyzes pre-close results, approves required adjustments

Prepares/reviews periodic reports showing key results

Develops site specific reports as required

Prepares financial reports to the board and other owner communication forms

Requirements

Able to communicate, both written and verbal Turkish and English

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance / Residential Service Charge accounting equivalent qualification

Two to five years Assistant Controller/Controller Experience in Hospitality/Residential Accounting operations

Prolific in all Windows Based Software Application

Strong Level of Proficiency in Excel

Ability to assemble, analyze, understand integrated spread sheets and complex technical information

Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines

Effective management, leadership, organizational and communications skills

Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays

Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal

Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation

Must possess excellent organisational and administrative skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills

Approachable, open-minded and fair
