Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant for our General Manager (Turkey and GCC ) to join our organization with following qualifications;

Responsibilities

·       Assisting General Manager in reporting, presentations, organisations and daily businesses,

·       Record notes and messages for the GM

·       Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences

·       Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the GM

·       Act as the first point of contact for the GM as necessary

·       Manage the GM's calendar and appointment scheduling

·       Read and write correspondence in mail or email form

Qualifications

·       Proven experience working as a personal assistant required

·       Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Strong customer service and social skills

·       Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

·       Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results

·       Having no obstacles to travel abroad frequently. Disposition required %80 travel.
