The job holder is responsible for design tasks in the area of the vehicle seat structure, he designs and conceptualizes components designed according to specifications or customer requirements and carries out the corresponding drawings, manufacturing specifications and bills of materials.

İŞ TANIMI

Design of seating systems and feasibility , efficiency, safety and ease of use and weight reduction in seats and seat components, taking account of test values.
Creation of Part and Assembly drawings using computer-aided design systems.
Development of design templates to another embodiment in the detailed design.
Creation and maintenance of design documentation.
BOM creation and calculations.
Care of prototyping and technical cooperation in related areas or project teams.
Coordination of construction with customers and suppliers.
In-depth knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing and construction techniques. Experience with design methodology, simulation techniques, value analysis and design of Experiments. Pertinent experience in manufacturing and standardized production of detailed design. Good knowledge of the structural design of seats by CATIA V5. Demonstrate success in implementing complex development projects and in this context the leadership of project teams. Experience in the development and production of automotive seats ideal. Experience with quality issues such as FMEA, GD & T, APQP and PPAP.
Deep user experience in CAD and CATIA 2D and 3D.
