QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree from related disciplines,
- At least 2 years experience in IT support,
- Excellent English skills both written and oral,
- Have knowedge and experience with MS Office Tools, Nebim V3 ERP and Microsoft SQL Server softwares,
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- No travel restrictions in domestic/international,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identifying needs of international stores related with information technologies field and following buying processes,
- Executing test and running processes of new international stores openings,
- Following the integration processes of international stores and taking actions requiered,
- Following daily sales of international stores,
- Fixing the errors of sales in related system,
- Completing requests by solving in SLA time,
- Executing network, structure, setup and cable proccesses of international stores,
- Supporting users with remote connection when it needed,
- Supporting to solve L1 level problems of ERP softwares

More than 3 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
