•  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration Departments or equivalent,
• 3+ years experience in financial Technologies (Fintech), digital payments and business development functions,
• Deep understanding of new products/technologies,
• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills,
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meets deadlines, and simultaneously works on multiple projects,
• Willing to continuously learn and self-improve,
• Having good analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Dynamic and result-oriented with high awareness,
• Prone to agile working principles

What we expect from the Banking and Financial Services Business Development Specialist

• Closely monitoring the legislation in the field of Banking, Payment facilitator and Financial e-Services,
• Managing the necessary product development and launching processes to add new products to our portfolio,
• Closely monitoring customer needs and opportunity areas in the fintech market
• Expanding our product portfolio by creating new e-financial services,
• Implementing product feature and commercial model changes for current product,
• Management of the Banking and fintech ecosystem,
• New customer acquisition in existing products,
• Detailed analysis for upsell and cross sell actions,
• Creation of campaigns by analyzing market and competitors,
• Maximizing both revenue and profits of eLogo by creating new revenue streams,
• Developing and implementing innovative banking projects and collaborations,
• Planning product marketing actions for existing and new products
