Compensation and Benefits Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits preferably in a multinational organization
• Demonstrable knowledge and/or experience in job evaluation, design of salary & bonus systems, design of benefit programs is a plus
• Demonstrable knowledge and/or experience in reward & recognition programs design is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and program management skills
• Driven by success & challenge and the ability to embody and represent The Logo brand
• Learning & Strategic Agility
• Researcher, future thinker, digitally savvy
• Customer focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary
• Experience and skill working with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities

• Excellent English skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs

İŞ TANIMI

• Reports to Human Resources Manager
• Manage, develop and implement appropriate compensation and benefits policies & programs in the organization (grading system, job evaluation, system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
• Design different compensation and benefits policies across the organization
• Manage, develop and implement appropriate compensation and benefits policies and strategies
• Research, identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees by cooperating with third parties
• Coordinate compensation processes like salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
• Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and current wage rates to develop competitive compensation plans
• Prepare and execute wage and salary budget with finance department
