QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

LMC Makina has over 25 years experience in manufacturing high quality and cost-effective

hydraulic and pneumatic components. LMC Makina has export around 40 countries. For our growing organization we are looking:

QUALIFICATIONS 

·         Bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering /  Electrical & Electronic Engineering /  Industrial Engineering or relevant departments,

·         At least 10 years of experience inTechnical Sales,

·         Excellent command of English,both written and spoken,

·         High customer orientation and excellent sales skills,

·         The ability to work to deadlines,

·         Advanced use of MS Office applications espacially MS Excel

·         Competent in teamwork, result oriented. and dynamic,

·         Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to troubleshoot effectively,

·         Have no obstacle to domestic and foreign travel,

·         No military service obligation for male candidates. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

·         Responsible of executing, directly or in collaboration with other resources the sales cycle necessary to obtain the orders (i.e. Identify sales and business opportunities, present quotes and proposals, negotiate and close the orders)

·         Realizing the sales targets in related territory,

·         Searching and finding companies that can be sales of LMC and LMC Europe in the target countries and carrying out the necessary correspondence,

·         Executing strategic plans for sales activities, maintaining strong relationship at customers to reach the annual sales targets.

·         Domestic and OverseasSales Forecastingfor related markets,

·         Alternative sales channel research,

·         Support with import-export departmants for sales forecasting that related market,

·         Coordination other departments to provide smooth work process,

·         Collecting information from the market concerning trends, competition and market needs,

·         Following up market and customer expectation,

·         Identifying business opportunities and evaluating prospect’s position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options,

·         Evaluate market trends that effect current and future growth,

·        Develop/manage customer portfolio and partnerships in order to grow sales with specialty products,

·         Market analysis about penetration,competitors, market trends,

·         Assist sales in the creation of equipment proposals by providing engineering and design expertise,

·         Organizing and doing of Marketing Activities/ Sales campaigns (Customer support with marketing instruments like promotional items, trainings and events) in co-ordination with Sales Coordinator
