REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in import, export, distribution, inventory and operational procedures  
• Fluent in both written and spoken English 
• Proficient in ERP Systems (preferably Navision)
• A strong eye for detail, accuracy and compliance
• Effectively communicate to Internal and External Customers
• Earn trust through superior process knowledge and performance
• Demonstrate a passion for the business with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• Flexibility to work in an international environment
  
• Living in or willing to relocate to Corlu 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Basic knowledge of all relevant Export&Import ,Logistics, Supply Planning&Relation Management
• Strong follow up of day to day requirements with strict deadlines
  
• Sales Order Management from SO receipt till invoicing
• Export release activities follow up 
• Logistics execution of Imports&Exports 
• Logistics operations on site 
• Management and handling with Customer relations/Customer Service (internal &external) 
• Perform and lead weekly meetings and leading day to day requirements 
• Backlog management at Customer side 
• Forecast preparation & communication with Customer service 
• Continuous ERP (Microsoft Navision) database maintenance by checking & keeping control of daily Navision transactions 
• Production and Purchasing Planning 
• Work with purchasing to provide cost effective solutions
