Sales Support Specialist - CIS (Hybrid)

A Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, international relations, business administration, or relevant fields,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Russian is preferred,
• 3-4 years of experience in import, export, supply chain, or logistics,
• Experience with drop shipments and bonded warehouse shipments is a plus,
• Strong team player with excellent coordination skills for working with clients,
• Possess an analytical mindset and a customer- and result-oriented approach,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• SAP experience is a plus,
• Residing in or willing to live in Istanbul Anatolian Side, Gebze, or Kocaeli.

Job Description

The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for:

• Responsible for order management and export operations in a multinational environment,
• Following the production and supply chain processes to complete orders in line with the sales strategy,
• Coordinating international transportation according to Inco terms to meet confirmed delivery dates in a timely and effective manner ,
• Supporting customs operations by preparing the required export documentation,
• Facilitating the exchange of information between the warehouse, production, sales, demand planning, and customers,
• Managing all inspection and approval processes before shipments,       
• Handling complaints and providing customer support for post-sales issues, including the return process,
• Working with IT team for SAP system improvements,   
• Collaborating with the supply chain and logistics department to optimize deliveries to customers,          
• Communicating with other Lincoln Electric branches for both inbound and outbound deliveries to share up-to-date information with customers from both branches,
• Responsible for providing weekly and monthly sales forecast with management.
