LINAK Turkey has been growing very quickly over the last couple of years and we expect to grow even more in the future. That is why we are looking for a new Technical & Sales Support Engineer. You will be employed in our sales office in Ankara, and you will report to our Country Director.

   Major Responsibilities 

- Supporting customers technically regarding our system solutions and their applications

- Preparing quotations for our customers/ potential customers with a fluent understanding of their needs.

- Supporting sales organization internally regarding technical issues

- Coordinating presales issues with the HQ in Denmark

- Participating in different customer-specific projects

- Making current and load measurements and tests on the new applications for the selected accounts

- Ensuring the optimal usage and the security of IT systems in the office

- Managing After Sales Process and Customer claims under the HQ guidelines

- Team Leader for the Technical Department consists of a Technician

- Ad-Hoc duties

Qualifications 

* Have a university degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics / Mechanical                       

* Speak and write English and Turkish fluently.

* Have a minimum 2 years of similar experience, preferably in an international B2B environment.

* Have a good customer orientation and ability to handle pressure/stress

* Have a strong ambition to work independently, create results and manage time.

* Are energetic, loyal, structured and a good communicator,

* Are Self-motivated, well organized with multi-tasking and creative.

* Have a valid driving license.

* Have the ability to travel.
