Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technologies other qualified disciplines,
• 1-3 years of experience,
• Experience in Office applications, operating systems, pc hardware, inventory management, remote & onsite support, basic LAN / WAN and server systems management,
• Team work experience is an asset,
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills,
• Result oriented and attention to details,
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic learner,
• Ability to handle multiple tasks,
• Strong interpersonal skills,
• Comfortable with flexible working hours,
• No travel restrictions.

Job Description:

The position will be located in Bilkent Cyberpark / Ankara and successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Providing end user support and handling support requests,
• Providing information and support regarding products, services, processes, calls and requests,
• Documentation,
• Elevating and supporting higher level requests,
• 7/24 Monitoring of assigned systems,
• Managing ITSM environment,
• Managing inventory records,
• Assisting administrators for level 1- 2 cases,
• Reporting.
