Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics or other qualified discipline of reputable universities
• 8-12 years of experience (big four audit company background is preferable)
• Sound understanding of IFRS and experience in other financial reporting frameworks
• Experience in consolidated financial information
• Experience in project and team management
• Ability to interpret management information
• Fully conversant with MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Result oriented and attention to details
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• No travel restrictions
• Experience in Hyperion Financial Management is an asset

Job Description:

The position will be located in Beşiktaş/Istanbul and successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Structuring, preparation and review of various kinds of financial information
• Primary responsible in IFRS convergence process of the Group Companies
• Participation and leading in financial reporting enhancement projects (Hyperion etc.)
• Close follow-up of updates on accounting policies and assess the effects on the financials
• Participate in technical trainings organised for the Group Companies
• Coordination of relations with independent auditors
• Acting as a member of financial controlling function at group level
• Leading and coaching the functional and cross-functional teams
