Business Processes And Controlling Specialist

As LIEBHERR Turkey, we are looking for a Business Processes and Controlling Specialist that meets the following qualifications;

Reponsibilities

• Analysis and design of business processes and systems 
• To play a key role in improving processes and correspondingly increasing productivity 
• Assessing the current status of business processes and identifying their needs
• Preparation of process maps, project plans, work flow charts and all other related documents
• Ensuring process documentation up-to-date
• Auditing the compliance of business operations with company and procedure standards
• Regular meeting with process owners and monitoring of projects
• Conducting projects in a timely and quality manner
• Ensuring coordination between departments and carrying out improvement projects
• Working towards increasing productivity and reducing costs
• Preparing company guidelines
• Bringing division/department reporting (sales, utilization etc.) to the appropriate format and ensuring its continuity
• Ensuring effective use of CRM applications
• To follow up the company software program (Mikro) processes throughout the company, to make efforts to increase its use
• Presenting of analysis and activity reports to company management 

Qualifications

•  At least a Bachelor degree holder (from Economics or Business Administration fields) 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
• IT knowledge on SQL and data management
• Preferably with Micro software program knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of English, German knowledge is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant field 
• Possess good planning and time management skills 
• Preferably living in Anatolian side of Istanbul
• Military service must be completed for male candidates
