QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manages business of mobile phone sales through operator channel.
  • Handling business of mobile phone sales through distributors which are related with operator channel.
  • Develops and ensures alignment for annual business planning internally and with customer.
  • Foster strong relationships with key accounts in order to successfully position LG’s products in the market.
  • Responsible for sell-in, sell-thru and sell-out processes. (Setting product line-up for the channel, forecasting, in-store placement, keep in-stock, pricing, sales campaigns).
  • Ensures promotional alignment internally and with customers.
  • Provides direction to field sales team to ensure in-store activation and execution of sell-out activities.
  • Tracks plan progress and conducts periodic reviews with customers.
  • Supports the identification and development of selling strategies, tactics and solutions.
  • Gathers sell-out data and other materials provided by the field team members and/or the customer to prepare required reports to track the business.
  • Manages commercial spend to achieve sales and profit targets for the assigned account.
  • Collaborates with finance, marketing and after sales units in the company.
  • Contribute to new business plans.
  • Responsible for analyzing and keeping track of market, industry trends and competitors activities.
  • Ensure operational excellence between customer and all internal units that are involved in any business process (invoicing, delivery, balancing etc.) with the regarding account.
  • Preparing reports on the areas of the responsibility and reporting it periodically to the management.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in related channel.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile related companies.
  • University degree (engineering major will be a plus) and very good understanding of mobile phone market.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and client management.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • High capability of planning and organizing.
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Good command of English is a must.
  • Must possess valid B class driving license and no restrictions to travel.
