QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales activity to negotiate with Consultant and Architect for Spec-in Chiller products.
  • Sales Management in preparation of Basic Plan by segment, model, month and account.
  • Review Award and Sales targets in coordination with Market and Sales Forecasting.
  • Manage project pipeline and intelligence from competition for Sales analysis.
  • Project Access Plan negotiating price and quantity with accounts.
  • Plan and execute sell-in and sell-through activities.
  • Prepare solution proposals, negotiate and close sales contracts according to company payment terms.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for building long-lasting business relationships with the existing and potential accounts.
  •  Analyzes and evaluates markets (both technology and product portfolio) accordingly foresees and understands needs of potential or existing customers.

    

Qualifications 

  • University degree from related departments of universities (Mechanical Engineering etc.).
  • Customer facing sales experience of minimum 3 years in the market.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking to protect best interest of LG Electronics Turkey for short, mid and long term.
  • Ability to work in a global matrix structure.
  • Proven ability to qualify and drive new and existing business through effective account management
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop high quality working relationships with B2B professionals, industry business owners, customers, suppliers, business partners and colleagues.
  • Impact and influence on upcoming trends and proper product line up of LG Electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of competition and market trends.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Negotiation skills.
